Following on from my last post on books, here is a new word I learnt recently.
I have a dream that when I have a house, I will create a cosy reading nook, just like this one, next to a huge window. I love seats by the window. I love pictures that transport you to their world. Like the tea and socks picture I showed you earlier.

hahaha!! I never knew there was an english word to match our mom's "bangchaipta".... however complicated it is! :-))))
ReplyDeleteHaha yea I remember that now :D
DeleteHahaa! I love such words. My other favorite is Tsundoku - the act of buying books but not reading them! :D
ReplyDeleteI have such a corner, but its near the TV. SO I never sit there. Always on the bed! :)
Oh yea that! The ever growing growing pile of books cause me a lot of guilt - is there a word for that?
DeleteIf I can have it my way, I wouldn't have a TV in the house!
Wait...what does it mean by, "a person who reads in bed?". Are there other places to read? Really? - Moo.
ReplyDeleteHahaha true that!
